The hotel also commends itself with its variety of saunas: the 'hunting lodge' ('Försterhütte') with four height levels for benches and temperatures between 40°C and 95°C, the 'game seat' ('Jägersitz') as Sanarium with 60°C and 40% humidity, or the hot 80°C tunnel sauna with natural stone and a fire place.

Some of them Frau Waske has developed together with medical doctors, sports scientists and therapists from UNIVITA, so that health insurances usually cover part of the costs:

'Rückenwind', 'wind at your back', helps your spine shape up. 'Vital-Woche', 'vitality week', gives you renewed strength. 'Entschleuniger', 'deceleration', is a special treatment concept against the daily stress. And 'Frauenpower', 'women power', eases the transit into menopause.
