Information concerning your stay in our hotel

Wellness-vital-breakfast-buffet in our Restaurant “LION D’OR”

Daily from 7:00 am to 10:30 am!

Lunch menu (or a packed lunch for your activities outside our hotel)

Daily from 11:30 pm to 2:30 pm lunch menu. If you spend the day outside our hotel you are welcome to select your favourite dishes from the breakfast-buffet and arrange your own packed lunch.

Dinner

For dinner we have a table reserved for you in our main restaurant. We await you from 6:30 pm till 08:00 pm. Dogs are not allowed in our Restaurant because of our open kitchen.  You can assort your dinner from our menu variation. As an alternative you are welcome to enjoy the delightful creations of our à la carte menu. Here we offer you creative dishes based on the products you find right here in our region like the Thurgau-apple. Watch our chefs as they prepare your dish. Please reserve a table at our hotel reception until 12:00 pm. You will receive a discount of 18,00 € per person for not using the dinner of the full pension. Please note that the à la carte menus are not included in your pension and will be accounted separately to your hotel bill. Pets are not allow in our restaurant. Fumoir

Enjoy your everyday cigarette or an exquisite Cohiba in our fumoir right beside our hotelbar. Please note that the rest of our hotel is a non smoking area.

Wellness oasis “Fleur de Pomme”

Daily from 7:00 am till 10:00 pm:

Indoor freshwater-pool , outdoor saltwater whirlpool, and a lawn for sunbathing offer you the perfect surrounding to relax! Gym: please bring sports clothing (no entering under the age of 18). Cardio- and weight-lifting equipment from “TechnoGym”. Daily instruction on how to use our equipment threw our wellness coaches. 

Sauna area

Daily from 2:00 pm till 9:30 pm (men and women) with Finnish sauna (95°C), bio sauna (55°C), steam bath, facility for hydropathic treatment and a resting area. Ladies sauna every Saturday from 11:00 am till 02:00 pm.

Wellness-active-program

Our wellness coaches have a daily program ready for you: aquarobics, Nordic walking, sauna infusion, stretch & relax, stomach-legs-bottom-exercise, yoga, spinal column gymnastics, pilates and much more. The program for the current week is posted  on our web-page www.golfpanorama.ch but we will also gladly fax or email it to you.

Bathrobe-service included

Your rental wellness packages is waiting for you in your room, including a bath basket, a bathrobe, a bath towel for the use of our pool area. Please leave them in the hotel room when you depart. Thank you!

You will also find terry towelled slippers for the use in your hotel room. Please bring your own bathing shoes for our pool and sauna area.

Massages, Ayurveda, Hot-Stone, Herbal-Stamps-Massage, cosmetics, flower baths, pine tree-, elder blossom- and apple blossom treatments

Our SPA “Fleur de Pomme” is open daily from 09:00 am till 09:00 pm.

Our recommendation: to reserve your choice of treatments please book them head of your arrival under the following phone number: 0041 (0)52 208 08 08 (daily from 07:00 am till 12:00 pm). Our Employees will also gladly call you back. Your treatments will all be accounted to your hotel room. Notice our separate program for our wellness treatments. Booked reservations can be cancelled with out any costs until 24 hours before the appointment, any cancelation that is shorter will be charged with 80% of the treatments price. You are also welcome to make reservations for wellness treatments when you have arrived at our hotel but please note that in that case we might not be able to offer you our hole selection of treatments.

Front door key

Your room key opens the main door of our hotel! On the left side next to the door you have a key pad you can swipe your room key over, the door opens. This is only necessary after 11:30 pm when our main door is locked.

Cancelations

A cancelation of your hotel reservation free of any costs is possible until 14 days before your planed arrival, for our Christmas and New Years packages 21 days before your planed arrival. If your cancelation is closer to your arrival date we will try to rent the room again. If this is not possible we will charge you 80% of the room rate. This is also relevant for a shorter stay do to later arrival or sooner departing. You have the option to get a journey-cancelation-insurance

Hotel bill

For the hotel bill we accept credit cards (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). For our New Years package you will receive a Bill for 35% of the room rate in advance. Please note that Euro-Cheque-Cards have a daily spending limit. You can make partial payments during your stay at any time.
