In the smoke-free restaurant „Waters of the World“, guests are served breakfast and dinner. The young and creative chef de cuisine prepares fresh seasonal dishes, mostly from regional products. The list of beverages includes the standards as well as choice mineral waters. And as water is also the source of the hotel’s existence, the restaurant „Waters of the World“ presents its own collection of water bottles from all over the world.


Brasserie & Saunabar

The Brasserie next to the thermal swimming pool serves various beverages, salads, bread rolls, and small warm dishes.


Festungs-Pub

The traditional „Festungs-Pub“ is the perfect place to take either your aperitif or to finish your day with a drink. Try the house’s specialty "Schansker Poortwachter" (Bitter spirit, made of a number of herbs and spices) and immerse yourself into the history of the old Fort Town of Bad Nieuweschans.
