The house offers 1,000 m² of wellness:
Finnish Kelo sauna (90°C), steam bath (45°C), Sanarium (60°C), salt mine, water world with adventure indoor swimming pool, heated outdoor pool, open all year, and whirlpool, filled with fresh spa water from the Bad Füssinger Ursprungsquelle source, room of tranquility with heated waterbeds for dreaming and relaxing, sun chairs on the sundeck and in the garden, Life-Fitness studio, cuddly soft dressing gowns and wellness bags in the guestrooms, "comfort for body and soul" promised by the wellness area and the Dolce-Vita beauty area.

Beauty

The beauty farm offers all kinds of treatment from classic to far eastern. Products by Babor, LaMer, St. Barth, Ägyptos.

Fitness

In the fitness center, you can train with cardio and strength training machines by LifeFitness. A sports therapist is present during the week.

Sport

Sports- and activity programme during the week: Nordic Walking courses (beginners and advanced), instructions on how to use the fitness machines, water gymanstic, relaxation courses like meditation or trial yoga lessons. Citybikes are available for hire at the reception.

Golf

The house is a partner hotel of the spa golf course Thermen-Golf-Platz Bad Füssing-Kirchham. Hotel guests receive a green fee discount of 25% at twelve golf courses in the region. Courses available for beginners and advanced players.

Wellness & Care

Ayurvedic treatments, Indonesian and Hawaiian massage, LaStone, Oriental rhassoul baths, thalassotherapy and hay flower baths. Products by Barbor, St Barth, Le Mer and Haslauer.
Dr Günther Prex has his practice within the hotel. Guests may also consult massage therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, Ayurveda therapists, a TCM doctor and a naturopath.
