Fitness

300 m² fitness area with 30 stations. The machines meet the requirements of a professional studio. They are also freely adjustable, so that even beginners can enjoy an individual fitness programme. Also:

• separate cardio centre with 15 stamina training machines (1 stepper, 4 treadmills, 3 bicycles, 1 rowing machine, 1 buttock trainer) each with its own television screen with ear plugs. Channel and sound volume are individually adjustable at each machine.
• cycling studio with 10 bikes

The fitness studio offers to provide guests with a wholly individual training programme tailored to their individual goals (including advice for training at home). A "Fit-Test" first measures physical ability, followed by a body fat analysis.

During the first introduction lesson (which includes a thorough consultation) trainers pay attention that any exercises are done correctly.

The Golfclub Norderney e.V., founded in 1927, offers everybody who is interested in golf a modern and uncomplicated way to start with the new sports trend golf and welcomes both beginners and advanced players.

The golf course surrounded by dunes is strongly reminiscent of a typical links course in the original home country of golf. Teeing areas are often on high ground, offering players a view over the close by Wadden Sea, a landscape of primeval dunes, and the object of their game of golf – all too often narrow fairways and treacherous roughs. In addition, the wind usually rapidly changes direction over the waves of sand.
