The restaurant’s rooms are stylish, modern and boast a breathtaking view across the Sea, from the sunny terrace as well as from the English winter garden or the bar-lounge.
Under its creative chef de cuisine Ulf Kettler, the kitchen presents original Frisian foods combined with a touch of the Mediterranean. A selection of recommended wines compliments the dishes.


Gourmet Restaurant N`eys

The renowned gourmet venue in the English winter garden not only attracts hotel guests. It has become one of the most popular culinary attractions on the island. A fine menu presents weekly specialties, mostly prepared from regional products.


Restaurant by the Sea

This restaurant is for hotel guests only. Every day, the kitchen presents three different menus to choose from.


Bar and Lounge

The Lounge’s atmosphere is unique, furnished with Italian design. Guests can eat a la carte or watch sports happenings such as German football or formula one.


Sea Terrace

On the terrace next to the sea, guests enjoy the splendid scenery of the adjacent North Sea while being served delicious cakes and gateaux from the house’s own pastry shop. Exclusive furnishings, marquee and heater create a pleasant ambience.
