The programme of courses on offer changes each day: water gymnastic, Aquafitness, back exercises, Nordic Walking, exercises for belly, buttocks and thighs, Qi gong, Tibetan exercises, breathing and relaxation exercises, jogging and walking around the lake Beetzer See (3km), through the Beetzer Heide heath (10 km), cycling along the Rhinluch Radweg cycle path with interesting stops along the way.
